All payments are handled by  Paypal. VAT and/or fees for import and/or customs are not included for orders inside or outside the European Union. Mediterraneo Watches never store or transfer any credit card information. Mediterraneo Watches use an external payment gateway such as PayPal  for e-commerce. First shipment of the limited edition “the Catania” Mediterraneo watches will start at the beginning of May 2016, we will contact you by email, to personally let you know that your limited edition has arrived and is on its way to you. From there you can expect the delivery to be made within 5 to 7 days while within the European union, and 10 to 14 days for deliveries outside of the European Union. If your product is damaged when delivered, you should (without delay and no later than 7 days after delivery) contact us as well as the Delivery Company. You will need to inform us what is damaged and also let us know the case number of the Delivery Company’s claim form. We will naturally send you a new product to replace the damaged one. However being a limted edition with your corresponding serial number engraved on the back of the watch, we must replicate that exact watch and thus the time taken to remake the model of the watch with your corresponding serial number may take up to a month to replicate.

Warranty for our products is two years from purchase date. Please note that the warranty does not cover the life of the battery or normal wear and tear of the case and strap. The warranty does not cover any damage on any part of the watch resulting from abnormal use, lack of care (knocks), negligence, accidents, incorrect use of the watch and non-observance of the directions provided by Mediterraneo Watches.

If we have shipped a wrong or defective item, please notify us within 7days of the item having been delivered, we will then review the situation and proceed with the nesseccary action that has to be taken, including but not subject to reimbursing the fee for return shipment. In all other cases the customer pays for return shipments. Returns must be properly packaged (original packaging). We collect basic personal information about our customers when an order is placed. This information is securely stored and is necessary to carry out delivery and to contact you as a customer if a problem should arise, or for important news such as new product launches. We will never disclose any such information to third parties.


Mediterraneo watches has the right to adjust prices, involve additional cost and change product information such as product pictures and offers without notice. The product images and information texts available reflect the product as much as possible. We reserve the right for any errors that may appear on the page and cannot guarantee that all pictures accurately reflect the true appearance of the watch. The pictures may differ depending on the color settings in your computer. All pictures should be seen as illustrations only, and do not guarantee correct appearance and characteristics.


Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct e-mail address when placing your order. We recommend saving this email in order to facilitate any contact with customer service you may have in the future. The order confirmation (receipt) also serves as a guarantee of proof of purchase.
